I have always been curious about why the surgery restricts a person down to almost less than 1000 calories if they weigh over 300lbs. However we believe that more important than quick weight loss is exercise, a healthy stress free lifestyle and healthy diet with adequate protein and lots of fruit and vegetables. Substitute healthy fruits for your daily sweets. If you usually eat chocolate, chips, or other sweets, reach for some fruit and vegetables instead because this will help you lose weight and reduce your sugar cravings.

We believe that obesity is a disease and that the only form of weight loss is to exercise, eat and live healthy again. Not all diets are suitable for everyone, what works for one skinny top celebrity may not work for you. Usually health professionals will recommend that their over weight patients combine a reduction of the caloric contents of the diet with an increase in physical activity for maximum weight loss. Well now you can and do it quick, no more excuses that this diet and that one does not work for me, I must have a slow metabolism, not everyone can loose weight, let alone quick. Weight loss for the purpose of maintaining health should aim to lose fat while conserving muscle and fluids.
