Headaches are hard to study for various reasons. First of all, people experience pain differently. Headaches are diagnosed based on symptoms. No procedure can determine the diagnosis. Headaches are one of the most common problems that cause people visit a physician. Some people who have headaches off and on can develop a different type of daily headache that is caused by some of the medications used to treat their original, episodic headache. Headaches are serious business in this country. There are at least 45 million Americans who complain of chronic headaches, and -- for at least half of these people -- the problem is serious and interferes with their activities of daily life. Headaches are rarely due to sinusitis. Headaches are usually caused by muscle tension, vascular problems, or both. Migraines are vascular in origin, and may be preceded by visual disturbances, loss of peripheral vision, and fatigue. Headaches are defined as pain in the head or upper neck. This is one of the most common locations of pain in the body and one of the most common reasons why people go to the doctor. Headaches are a more generic term for pains in the head or face area. They may be caused by a number of factors. Headaches are a very common problem. When headaches overlap with other sinus problems, like congestion, airway obstruction, and drainage, then it is common to assume that the headaches are from a sinus origin problem. Headaches are a real headache (pun unintended)! Nevertheless, on a serious note, headaches should not be a matter of concern, unless they are frequent and severe. Headaches are a commonly reported problem in today's society. When people experience headaches, there is a tendency for them to feel upset and irritable, especially when the pain becomes unbearable. Stress, allergies and a lot of other things can trigger a headache; but I now know, that the root cause of almost all headaches is a structural weakness of blood vessels in the head. Headache Stay Gone is a blend of natural ingredients that contain the nutrients needed to repair the blood vessels. Stress and muscle tension are often factors in tension type headaches. Tension headaches typically do not cause nausea, vomiting, or sensitivity to light (photophobia). Chronic headaches are those that appear for 15 days or more in a month for several months. Chronic tension headaches may persist for many months. The pain usually occurs on both sides of the head, is steady and nonthrobbing. Chronic-progressive Headache: this is the most ominous pattern of headache. There is a gradual increase in the severity and frequency of headaches. Commonly starting at puberty, migraine mostly affects those aged between 35 and 45 years but can trouble much younger people, including children. European and American studies have shown that 6-8% of men and 15-18% of women experience migraine each year. Common foods are red wine and smelly cheeses. If you suspect a particular food, avoid it for two weeks and then test the food on an empty stomach.
